Anyways, this is what we had received from The provider of VPS 5 this morning:
Quote:We have experience issue with PayPal by payment to OVH been frozen. This issue is now resolved with PayPal today morning and server is now fully reactivated.
Which means now the VPS 5 became operable.
Closing this thread since it's been resolved
