An admin and the provider can in most cases login through root acces.

A few rules when posting a support topic:
- Do not hijack other user's support topics. Even if you have the same issue it won't help. Your own topic helps us deliver support catered to your account.
- Make sure your name servers are set correctly and your blog or site is setup correctly.
