To be honest, Ultra H is the longest standing SA:MP hosting provider. They do provide free SAMP servers too and thats a great thing. Even I used their service when I was noob in SA:MP. So yup, they're better then anyone else.

Ultra Host pricing seems OK, they also have custom location like France and UK.

I think we can trust and know that Ultra Host is legit.

ram isnt the only thing that measure minecraft server performance . there is what is called TPS and it is a FPS for minecraft server . stable server do 20 TPS all the time . and to achieve that make sure it have high cpu performance because minecraft server is extremely demanding both on cpu and ram size . latency also matter . every game server need low latency so make sure you choose that nearest to your location

sorry for kinda oot there just a bit of informaiton . the price is cheap you can get 512mb server for $2 . the custom panel idea is great . it reduce cost instead of going with paid panel like multicraft
