EDIT :- The VPS-5 network has been restored back to normal. The VPS(s) are back online. However, the issue hasn't be resolved yet. Would be updated if there is any other restart or the network.

Yup, its good to see involvement from the providers which are never the case I see here mostly

To clear all the doubts out here, let me explain.
We ordered an IP subnet as we ran out of IPv4 so we were adding it to our system. However, due to some issues, the block made conflict with the main server, making all VPS hosted on it go down. The server was up, but the network went down as it made a conflict with our current server's Ethernet adapter. We have fixed it but we're still investigating if there would be any similar issues in the future.

No issues have been detected so far and new subnet is online. Administrators can now close this thread and put this incident as resolved.
