Hello all,
I have an idea to create a discord channel for Post4VPS to chat live with everyone as a lot of users see each as a part of the family. Let me know.

I do not use discord, also having a discord channel will decrease activity in forum, more over it will decrease the number of page visits, I do not see much benefit in having discord channel.

+1, i do have an account there but i don't use it cause its like a nightmare when i see more them 12 tabs opened and functioning at same time come on i only got two hands and one mind i can't focus between a standalone chat room and a forum i will go with a forum any day. Also as Honorable @rudra stated we do have a "Chatbox" to chit chat and relax so i don't think we would need a discord for our official chat server unless other management guys decided to do so.

That is true. We already have a number of topics on it. Some of the topics have been disapproved by @Dynamo. However in one of those topics there was an invitation by @perryoo11 for joining post4vps Discord.

I'm personally with @rudra on this one though. We already have a shoutbox. And a Forum. Why draw members away from where we want them to be and lose the traffic too? This is apart from the fact that I just absolutely dislike Discord because of how clumsy it is and all the fights I've had with its captcha and having to re-verify my membership over and over gain. Only part that is good for me is that one can do personal messaging with it with other members, like the old days with Skype. But for the rest it's not user friendly for me at all.
OK, since this topic has been asked and answered. And we do seem to already have an account for Discord for post4vps. I'm going to close this topic. If you want me to re-open it for a special reason, or you think there should be more added to this discussion, please PM me.
