fun fact they celebrate their birthday every 4 years because 29 of february only happen 4 years each .maybe in the year that have 29 february on it you can look at who birthday at bottom of the forum

I know a friend who has this birthday but they don't celebrate it every 4 years, They just celebrate it in 28 of February. It isn't really that a complex of a topic but simple.

I do not think there is anything unfair to them.
They still get one year older every year, and can celebrate either on March 1 or February 28, if there is no February 29 on that year.
Personally I feel it makes more sense to celebrate on March 1, because it would ensure a full year is passed. But this is up to them to decide.

It is unfair but like what @tryp4vps say before celebrating it exactly 1 year after it that mean 1 ofg march is an option but still that isnt the real birthday
Also they still age so no matter that 29 isnt exist intheyear they still growing in age
