I've been using Time4VPS for a while(not anymore though :/ I miss it).
It's really really cheap and really really good! The network speed is blazingly fast and it's so cheap!
I customized my own VPS with these specs:
8GB ram
4GHz dedicated CPU
1TB bandwidth
25GB storage
For only: €11\month
Like wao! So cheap, so freakin' cheap.
It's great quality too! So fast network and so fast servers.
