hey friends .
i froget my instagram password but i give my account email to send link for change my password but he say i send email and i do not get email from instagram or other sites to take link password changer .
i thing i should to send email to instagram support for change my password . and who have instagram support email?
its [email protected] ???
please help me i need my account

Moved from advertising sub-forum. To tell you the truth @hamed I get it that there's a problem with your Instagram, but not sure how post4vps can help you. Possibly this is a topic you should raise at an Instagram support forum?

Anyway, I found this: https://help.instagram.com/409847499070242 from Instagram support.
They also mentioned what should you do if you forgot password and didn't get an email.

Although it should be the correct support email for Instagram, it is believed that this email address is no longer in use.
You could try it, but very likely you will not get a reasonable response through it.

Many people use Instagram cyberspace.
I think maybe others have had this problem and know how I can change my password and talk to the Instagram support team.
Instagram dont have support forum
. The only email address I did not know and I want to get help from users of this community on this topic.if its problem i'm so sorry remove this thread but wait to find instagram support email's ...

I was really confused and I was did not know how to fix this

But the Instagram help desk did not help me, and it did a lot of normal work
