Accurate VPN/Proxy detection - Decent12 - 03-29-2020
Hello guys,
I was just wondering which site API should i use for detection of proxy/VPNs as I am currently using this site -> https://www.ipqualityscore.com/ but so far i noticed they are a little bit inaccurate and sometimes this site VPN detector API fails at some time.
If you know any accurate VPN detection API site kindly tell me.

Google is your friend man ! I got the following,
https://getipintel dot net.
vpnblocker dot net
may be you could make use of shodan free api query to search their database ( not scan ) and determine too.
check their limits too before implementing.
here are some databases your can use,
https://lite.ip2location.com/database/px4-ip-proxytype-country-region-city-isp
ipinfo dot io. but no free tier.
NOTE: i would like to mention that banning using ip is not that good a practice. especially that now most providers are putting people behind NATs , cause of shortage of free ipv4 ip.
ban using profile and behaviour may be. dunno.

I suggest you use iphub [dot] info / proxycheck [dot] io because they provide 1000 free checks per day!
And from the inspection accuracy I have never gotten a false positive

Also, i had searched but the results were not accurate and the site you gave looks good till now.
@chanalku91 I checked your link and so far there is no wrong result but still, I have to check whether its detecting VPNs or not.
