Before You Begin Please note that this is an OS specific guide and meant for CentOS 7 only. Update your system and install `wget` which is a requirement for this tutorial. Code: yum update -y && yum install wget -y NOTE: The steps in this guide require root privileges. Be sure to run the steps below as `root` or as a user with the `sudo` privileges. Download & Extract GeekBench Files
Code: ./geekbench5: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.20' not found (required by ./geekbench5) GeekBench on CentOS 7 requires additional dependencies, which will be covered in the section below. REMOVING GEEKBENCH AND OTHER FILES Now we shall remove the GeekBench and the "anaconda3" files, which we had installed earlier to get the required shared libraries. Code: cd && rm -rf Anaconda3-2019.07-Linux-x86_64.sh anaconda3 Geekbench-5.0.1-Linux Geekbench-5.0.1-Linux.tar.gz So that's how to perform a GeekBench CPU Benchmark on CentOS 7. I hope you all liked the tutorial! Regards, RE: How to perform GeekBench 5 CPU Benchmark on CentOS 7? - Honey - 07-22-2020 Very helpful tutorial!
