The internet speed is very low, but VPS specs are good like its 1 GB RAM and its cheap too.

Yeah its good for it's price if internet speed is decent. my experience with servers in Canada is not so good so I wonder if OP use same data centers.

what do you you offer extra by the package you buy (like anti ddos and what kind off panel).
where is your tos so we can check your restrictions and your uptime sla.
