I did ask them and was told they have 2008 license. I think it might be the 180 day trial. It's their Admin told me about it. But it's while ago so maybe AzeyRex can give us a update about it.

they have unlimited licence for the Windows Server 2008r2 , just ask them to activate your Server if you have windows server

I don't think they "unlimited" licences on Windows Server 2008 r2. It's just a trial I pressume. Since Windows Server License is actually very expensive. I don't think they would bother buying licenses for us.

they are not buying anything Stefan has his own licence , I had windows server with them which was fully activated not a trial

Stefan has a Unlimited Windows Server 2008 r2 Licence.

unlimited as i seen was it an 180 days valid. or i am wrong.

Well if it's trial it should say that, shouldn't it ? I just checked and it says Windows is activated.

There is no such thing as "Unlimited". Windows Server Licenses are expensive af.
As far as I know they are almost double the price of a normal consumer version of Windows.

I don't think he would waste money on that. If he would, he should have just bought SolusVM.
So in my opinion, it's either a trial or a pirated version. Most likely the trial.
