I don't really see why ignoring complaints would be a positive thing to do?

Because some webmasters like that kind of hosting for their sites. Usually for DCMA complaints. But usually Windows VPS get spam complaints. Not exactly easy to ignore because if it's about email spamming then there is a good chance data center take care of it if provider doesn't. But Off shore data centers often just ignore these just like providers.

generating an bulletproof is the place for people that hosts pure shit (think about bad things rly bad things)
ow and something to add the englais on your site is not thet praty.

I don't understand why you're using the .info gTLD, this is not for profitable company, though you are allowed to do so but it sounds weird, you should go for .com or .net
