VM Panel as well as billing panels are operational again. Sorry for the confusion/downtime you should have access to the panel and vms again.

Yes, our panel works off your resource amount. You can make as many servers as you have resources, each is equipped with 1 public IPV4 address

Yes the Windows install will have a preactivated key, this will eventually become deactivated once the vm checks the license (during updates, reboots, etc). It is up to the client to activate windows...

You will need to eventually activate windows with your own key, as the key won't work with multiple users using the same key.

as far as I can see the servers are installed and I was prompted for login details on your server. So it should be working, are you still experiencing issues?
