@tryp4vps I agree, it seems that VPS 9 are very requested but I have almost seen them on every giveaway, maybe users were scared by the NO PANEL and POWERUSER REQUIREMENT. But it seems that now it is not a issue anymore !
@LightDestory No, you're wrong. For months there was only one VPS 9 "left" to apply for. But then it got applied for and taken a month ago by a quality applicant who like you wants the VPS for the long haul. There is a great demand for VPS 9, even with no Admin Panel, because of its specs. All of the other users have been holding their VPS 9 for a long time. And the issue is not lack of interest, but lack of quality applications. The requirement for application is not only judged by the number of posts but also quality of the justification for using the specs of the VPS.
