Arvancloud - (seems like)another free cdn service

Background
As recently I migrated my website from DDos-Guard(A russian antiddos service that provide a one-site free version of ddos protection and basic site acceleration) arvancloud (Seems like an Iran company that are providing multiple cloud services) for the frustrating connection time in China,here I'd like to talk about that and seek for your opinions.

Note as always,I am just a newbie in hosting so there might be concept errors.

Notes on the service
- Requires phone validation however not all country's phone works(at least it didn't work for me, interestingly they have a Chinese version of the site)
- AAAA records are direct dns resolution (no ipv6 support)
- CDN may not have websocket support(may not be fine for V2ray proxies etc.)

"Basic" DDos protection (no one knows exactly until an attacker is attacking you)

General illustration
It seems like most functions are almost the same with Cloudflare Free however arvancloud includes load balancing but lacks varied DDos protection levels(They only have basic available,which says

Well.At least for my website activates a plugin that blocks an ip using .htaccess if they request more than 30 pages within a minute,but till now I didn't see someone hitting the limit.(CDN rate limiting requires plan upgrade)

The speed,as for my sole experience,is better than Cloudflare (I know there are ways to speed up like custom dns resolution but I don't know how to do) and supersonic cdn(namecheap free cdn) in China.

They also provide a video cdn free plan,which includes 10GB storage/50GB BW.But I'd choose cloudinary or something like that as they offer transformations in free plan.

Some strings are not translated into English as they are an Iran company,and email announcements and many support articles are not in English too.

Instafree is a free hosting provider, but with very strict rules that they pay attention to and in my view I think the administrator is a big racist, he bans approximately 47 countries worldwide and he also slowly adds more, I think if you want a good hosting you should give everyone access instead of banning 47 countries, I honestly think they are a bunch of racists! As if all foreigners abuse everything, sure, in every country there are people who like to abuse everything, so I had a member of Post4VPS who did that to me and had broken the rules and I got a report from RSA about his domain, later he wanted to use a reseller and I rocked that because he also abused the place last time but that makes no reason to ban the whole country, because the administrator Bryan claims that in America there are no abusers on his server, well Bryan is himself as blind and dumb as a baboon's buttocks, in America you have a lot of abusers and he won't admit that, but anyway. Currently they are going to replace cPanel with DirectAdmin but when is unknown, but watch out if you use them, if you want a reseller and you are in their list you could buy it from me, but here are the specifications of the server.

Hmm...I am not sure whether this is the appropriate place for it but when I am surfing the Internet I saw a website providing free forum service.

The website is https://tribe.so and I'd like to share the experiences.

I.General limits
- The free plan limits the forum member to be no more than 500 members,good to startup as you know this forum has only ~2200 members.

- As always in free service,you forum will have a "Powered by tribe." backlink(but as you can customize the css you might come up ideas about hiding it)

- Some plugins like facebook messanger are premium and not available in free plan.But PM is a free plugin.

II.Personal Experience

You know there are many resellers of "createaforum" or something that provides a forum however its quality isn't that good.But this one seems to be an independent service and it looks good.

A: Free Reseller allows you up to host 5 accounts to resell. The VIP and SuperVIP allows Unlimited clients.
Q: Do you accept clients from all countries?
A: Yes all countries are accepted! However we have a small list of "high risk" countries that have a very high fraud/abuse rate:China, Russia, India, Vietnam, Egypt, Taiwan, Philippines. Clients from these countries will be automatically limited to 500MB disk space, 5000MB data transfer and 1 MySQL database per account. This high risk country list applies only if you provide free web hosting. If you provide paid hosting, we do not have any restrictions for that, all your clients from all countries can enjoy your paid hosting plans.
Q: My country is listed in the High-Risk country list. Can my limits removed?
A: Users on those list (countries) can contact us and briefly us clearly by their usage of their hosting.
Q: Do you have a banned country list like "instafree.com"?
A: No, anyone can signup for free. We do not ban any country, if a user abuse the service then will the main account only permanently banned.
Q: Is your hosting offshore? If yes can I do anything what I want?
A: No, on our free plan will the hosting rules accepting as written in our ToS. If you as free user don't follow those, your account will be disabled.
