Yes it is releated to gaming, its GTA Sa multiplayer but shortcut is called San Andreas Multiplayer so SAMP - everyone who played knows xd.

I think you should go look for VS Basic tutorials If you really want to make a launcher honestly, but what motivated you for it and how will you make it different from the current ones?

Well thats a nice question @Honey but the current ones does allow players to join with hack and stuff like that but how i want to create its simple just with a Launch button and when player clicks the button it auto scans his gta folder to find any illegal hacks like cleos or other stuffs so that makes player's be same as each other no hacking and stuffs.

If i get a free vps here , ill be able to host samp servers with OGP ? or i will need some other things ?

To create a game server hosting site that gives away free servers, you'll need a dedicated server(s) in many locations with dozen of resources ( 64 GB RAM, 8x CORE CPU, 2 TB Disk, 10 Gbps uplink )


So basically, a free VPS from here won't work for a game server hosting service..
