Simply download SteamOS and you can run the most popular games from Steam. It's basically an Ubuntu with custom user interface.

SteamOS can't be installed in my VPS, that is why I just need an APP than can possibly install a WINDOWS game.

I think that Wine is the best one but if you need something other try Crossover (buy/trial) or cedega (free, based on wine).

IN my experience Liquidsky was the best, I have tried it and It runs very smooth although It is a bit expensive

You won't be able to play games on your VPS. Some VPS provider allow to use Windows 7 or 10 but there is the very high latency and usually these VPSs don't have GPU.

and even if you have a GPU (probably it is VMware SVGA series) you cannot run a game because some game doesnt wanna run in virtual machine and also if you connect using RDP you actually isnt using the machine GPU . you are using the RDP GPU and basically no GPU
