Guys this request is called nested virtualization.

Running 2 oses at the same time.
As openvz it's impossible.
Kvm it will be a resource abuser.

So don't do it.

I had a KVM VPS, (not from here) and i was able to install two OS. It was basically that i had two IPv4 address and i was able to make the VPS from those given specifications which made it possible for dual OS. I don't think its possible for OpenVZ.

openvz cannot do dual boot . and even if you have kvm vps you can only use it one of the time
if you have lot of ram on your pc (NOT VPS . except if you want to get suspended) you better use virtualization like vmware or virtual box for example if you want to do is just try the os or doing something lightweight . only fo fualboot when you need to use all the power

3 GB RAM? That is quite enough. In the KVM VPS, i had just 512 MB RAM and partitioned both with 256 MB RAM and it worked well.

3 GB of RAM for a VPS counts as high as it's running in Linux so it'll run so smoothly and you can do a lot of stuffs by it. Also if it's running in Windows so 3 GB is some enough because Windows uses some high RAM. Your PC runs slow cus you don't update your Windows or you have lots of programs that you don't use, also you can use CCleaner to remove temp files that can slow down your PC.

You can get a clean Windows installation ISO from any where like onhax.me or Freeware Sys, they are cool and has a clean installation.
