Boot Laptop from network

Hello all experts. its silly question and sorry for that in advance.
i like to ask! can i run my laptop without HDD via network drivers and connect it directly to my VPS?
i mean just connect lap top with internet and power on and through network drivers i go login to my vps os?

Is this kinda like a diskless workstation? if it's connected to a server like in a diskless workstation I think yes but if it's the laptop alone I think no.

its laptop alone and diskless. but connected with internet via IP router. a DSL connection. in second words i wish to use my laptop with my vps. so do you have any idea? which kind of HW or SW i need for this?

It's works only from LAN side and not from the WAN. Furthermore your PC BIOS or UEFI has to support it too.
