The font size of these icons is relative to screen size and will change therefore dynamically.

Try these resolutions and see what fits best
- 16x16
- 24x24
- 32x32
- 48x48
- 64x64
- 128x128
- 256x256

I believe the two last are probably already too big. Somewhere between 24x24 to 64x64 might be the size that you are looking for.
