Thank you brother.I searched and found it.Everything is working fine now.I am now able to upload themes from wp cpanel.
Here are the directories.

its depend to where you use the php . if your web server is apache you should change the apache ini for nginx you need to change the php-fpm . if it isnt available just apt-get or yum install it
