Simple words: Its a trade war between US and China, Last year Huawei's gross was higher then Apple at 2nd position after Samsung and now Chinese breaking their iPhones and i think China will banned iPhone (or already banned i don't know)

Trump has just said earlier today that Huawei may possibly be included in trade deal with China. So, you are right the Huawei ban is indeed about the trade war between the U.S. and China.

But about iPhones, so far iPhones are still not banned in China. I think the main reason is that there has large factory in China producing iPhones.

If China bans iPhones, many Chinese workers will lose their jobs.

i guess thats the card that is there in the sleeve of Predident Ttump that he often plays even though china own a lot of debts and has such might, financial and otherwise. It is probably right to say that they will have to bend before the mass when it comes to that.
Now let's us see what China does in reply.

True, But some Chinese boycott Apple phones, Lets see how Chinese government play their card. I'm damn sure China's President "Xi Jinping" ain't banned Apple. U.S President is stupid like @deanhills said

Well one thing is for sure. Trump has just given Huawei it's biggest publicity campaign ever. I feel sympathetic towards Huawei. I'm sure it will do well though. Like maybe China and the Far East will be more likely than before to buy their products. Just to get back at Trump.

The current Huawei phones will still have Android support and other, the ban only will give effect for new phone release by Huawei.
So if you have Huawei phones right now, it will be okay.

From the video I watched, maybe Huawei will switch to its own App Store (not iOS) because they cannot use G Play Store instead.

That is a good news.btw the boycott of google will be a huge shock for Huawei users.In my village there are almost 10 Huawei users and still everything is working fine on their devices.

That is so true.  Particularly of Google who seems to be wanting to please all Governments including the US Government and the FBI.  For Google I think its main objective before love of country is always the US dollar.  Ditto Huawei who I'm sure does anything with great calculation with the main objective of making money.  I'm sure the founder of Huawei must already have written off the backlash as collateral damage.

Companies want their shareholders to be happy and  profits make them happy. I don't think Chinese government would let Huawei . Plus I doubt US regulators want to push too hard either. If company like Huawei create a better OS and start doing everything in house that going to cost many companies who do sub contracts for them. I think people got paniced for no reason since this doesn't effect current Huawei models.

Somehow I can never picture Trump as panicked. But yes like usual the hype and panic comes from the media. Maybe they like to see people panicked.

Yeah, as I said. Current Huawei devices still have Android support, the ban only applies for brand new Huawei phones. I found that from video and my friend that is using Huawei normally after ban.

But this is a shock too for Huawei itself, since it might be not use Android in the future, their sell maybe down to some points because of this ban.
