Your Logo is good but i do not like, chat box have two eyes.
It is funny.
Make some server icon on chat icon.
Your Logo have only Two color.
No 3D or shadow effect.

Agreed, the blinking eyes and stuff, as well as the non-shadowed picture makes the logo bad.
If you don't want shadows and etc, make it more "minimalist and flat" (like the Metro UI).

^ ye I also like how it is right now, Maybe they could plan to change the logo later when the site improves traffic as buying good logos are pretty expensive.
