Yes they are re-stocking as we speak, I just registered mine today and It registered without any problem so it really depends on your luck and timing

hm I forgot to mention that you must skip the billing part when registering, you can use the code provided by @Dynamo to get your money back

Looks like you can't skip the billing part. When I add the code it gives me an error asking me to fill the billing info first,
