What disk you are using HDD or SSD?
#21
I have a laptop with 500GB HDD as main storage disk, and the OS is located on a 16GB SSD.

I am using SSD at this time and its really best while in past I used HDD which was not good

Is it possible to replace HDD with an SSD ? I am using a laptop which is not very new.
Thanks  @Post4VPS

I have a 64GB SSD and plenty of good old HDD space. I'm thinking about buying a Sata Dock so I can use all those Hard Disks I have with me.

My 2 cents. Buy what you need and save the balance. Don't overshoot.

I use 1tb hdd. Still works cool without a peep after like 4 years. Even after thousands of installs etc.

High speed ssd good for gaming and multimedia, database server or as a server space etc.
Sincere Thanks to VirMach for my VPS9. Also many thanks to Shadow Hosting and cubedata for the experiences I had with their VPSs.

That last remark made me really unhappy. Science never fails. It is us who fails to understand that and the science.

Yes it is, and it's much more realiable to use with. Make sure your laptop is using SATA port not IDE.
