Update: My laptop ram with 10600 speed not working with 12800 speed. I was about to buy a laptop ram to upgrade but when I tried the 12800 speed my laptop can't read and it gives a blue screen.

Which Operating System are you using? If its Windows 7, you might have compatibility issues...

Yup! I'm using Windows 7 hmmm I don't think so since upgrading will depends on hardware not in software.
