i just looked again on cloudatcost site and found out that they are doing webhosting for one time payment.
but my thing now how the hell can effort the one time payment option.

i am sure they are using their crappy servers for web hosting and i don't think rely on these slow servers is a good idea for a website, but i am not sure about them i mean maybe they are using some nice specs server with 1Gbit+ uplink without any test i can't say much).

i do not think so. I think c@c can not be so easy to go bankrupt. Because they server price are cheap. Make they have a lot of customers. even though they have poor network (because its customers put a cheap price)
