Fedora is better ?
#1
I have never tried Fedora before. But there are many fans and almost every Linux software talks about how to install on Fedora. Is Fedora that famous ? Or is it just server niche ?
Thanks  @Post4VPS

I have already tried Fedora for dekstop and not the server edition.
It is look like the same as Ubuntu GNOME. It is official flavor of Ubuntu so I would prefer it more.

Is it any better than Ubuntu ? If yes, what's good about it ?
Thanks  @Post4VPS

I never had Fedora but in my opinion Ubuntu is good for desktop and Debian is good for servers, but a lot of users have Fedora.

Fedora is kinda the upstream testing distro of RHEL.

If you love RHEL or it's derivatives, you'll love fedora. Use it if you need the latest softwares and tools and still want to experience the same environment.

I recommend CentOS/RHEL for production though. It's a lot more stabler than fedora.

As for the talk of ubuntu and debian, ubuntu is a derivative of debian. But imho debian is better.

Bleeding edge distros are more suited for workstation environments (desktop, work, etc. )
