this vote is not actually going to be considered.

pros:
user can easily keep their vps

cons:
to good for lazy people.
by inactivety we cant see what he is planed.
open for abusers.

getting free stuff is difficult. we wont give it directly free. there need to be done some contribution.
if you realy wanna be sure to do nothing consider buying a vps.

Honestly, I don't really understand what you meant with your post. I presume that you meant that posts in the VPS requests sub forum should not be counted.
If that is the case, the counter doesn't really count it. It has no access to it since the subforum is not viewable by public. The post counter is based on Transfusion's code which doesn't have login auth to check the private subforums.

its not counted in Postcounters but earlier we were considering it as valid post count for monthly post count as we were not using image postcounter for counting user's posts just because of those posts exclusions(using a plugin which counts user's all monthly posts except test/spam, introduction, private the support forum's posts).

Well simply public posts should be counted and private posts shouldn't counted since those are not visible so don't help forum growth. There won't be many to left out since it would be only VPS request board posts and private support posts.

You shouldn't include those posts in the post count.
I didn't understand the post well since the grammar is pretty messed up. .-.

Poll has been closed and the Results are in front of you.
So from December the posts from
Private support forum
Private VPS Request forum
Spam/test forum
Introduction forum
Would not be counted towards your monthly post counts.
