Rolled back to 2008, had been saturated with the latest bollywood movies. So I picked up "Jodhaa Akbar" this time.

It's a 2008 bollywood hindi movie that had been a blockbuster at that time. As obvious from the title itself it revolves around the life of Mughal emperor Akbar and his wife Jodhaa bai.

The movie is a good one, portraying real incidents from history without much of exaggeration, except a few places. Overall, a 8.5/10 would be an ideal score from me.

Watched an old movie called Beach Red from 1967. A World war 2 movie about marines landing on an pasifc island. I think it's a pretty good movie for it's time and quite realistic to compaired to Hollywood war movies of today. I guess it's probbly done well finanically too even though there are no records about it's profits. I would give the movie 7/10.

I just rewatched The Cat Returns last night and I forgot how much I loved that movie and how recent it is for a Studio Ghibli film. I have been on a Ghibli bender since my sister passes, so some of these movies from our childhood has just been a great way to heal and take away the sweet messages from them.

Yesterday night i seen " Avengement" releases in 2019. i wish to see because of scott adkins (boyka) fight style. but the story line is not much inspiring me. all film in single hotel room. Story of two brothers. one of them a gangster.

What is there to say about this movie? Many of you may know about it already. It's one of the most seen movies and a landmark.

France is a country of many nations. There are however so called Banlieues in some of the biggest cities of France. Now generally a Banlieue is nothing bad. It's just a suburb of a bigger city. However the for the French the word Banlieue has a second and rather negative meaning "banlieues has taken on an additional meaning in French of France, becoming a popular word for low-income housing projects (HLMs) in which many French of foreign descent reside, in what are often called poverty traps." (source). This movie shows such a Banlieue and a group of popular residents among. You get to see a day in their life and the big issues with poverty, racism and police violence.

Nowadays Banlieues are in their second meaning are a big problem for France. They have a high poverty rate with a lot of crimes and are the main source for islamic terrorists and attacks in France as well as Belgium. "Explosive powder keg" is another word you could say.

Watch it yourself. Compare it today. Sadly in my opinion the movie while being 25 years old still mirrors the same situation as today in France and in many other countries. So it's worth a watch even though I don't necessarily agree on the 8.1 rating because most of the time you see some young guys travel through the city, talk and do some something just to kill time or boringness.

While the cast might have some really great actors and the story seems interesting I think it has not been really well exectued. The movie is roughly 2 hours long and most of the time it feels a bit lacking of actual action (not really like action from a action movie but action as in things happening that strengthen the story or actions that provide new interesting aspects / information).

I didn't really like it therefore. It felt like a old man chasing a ghost in order to solve a child murder case.

This movie on the other hand is really great and you should watch it. It is based on a real book. Based on a autobiography by Irish expatriate Frank McCourt.

The film opens with the family in Brooklyn, but following the death of one of Frankie's siblings, they return home, only to find the situation there even worse. A well made and executed movie version of a book about a family trying to survive in a very hard time plagued by poverty and prejudice.

A great classic movie about American mobsters with Robert De Niro. He fits the role of a American mobster (Italian Mafia in US) himself very well. He is playing one in many movies and that very well.

I have also watched Avengement and found it to be very good. At least better than what its rating is.

It tells more than you described. First of all the most of the movie plays in a pub not a hotel room. Secondly the story is about betrayal between brothers and vengeance. The gangster brother uses his mostly innoncent bother to do a dirty job for him. The whole thing is rigged and Scott Adkins role gets into trouble and jail. That one thing however turns him into a muscle man with a lot of aggression and hate. He escapes jail to find his brother and take his revenge on him. In the pub he tells his violent story and finally takes revenge.

Of course for many this movie is just a bunch of gangster and a lot of violence. Well, not for me.

You should watch Brawl in Cell 99.

Yesterday i had some free time. I have watched the movie Sufna. It's an indian punjabi movie with a love story.The movie has an awesome love story with a lot of comedy.Mostly i don't watch Amy Virk's movies but i watched it because of movie songs. All of the movie songs were very outstanding. While scrolling youtube i found the song " Kuch Bhi Ho Jaye Yaara". After watching this video i decided to watch the movie. It was really very amazing.

Yesterday Night i watched a animated movie " 108 Demon Kings" also known as "108 Rois Demons" Story of a Prince and 108 demons. 2nd century china story of a empire which terrorized with demons and a prince & family save the empire.
truly amazing dramatic story with action and fight.

It was a good movie to watch once. Story seemed interesting and Clive Owen has a lead role in it. While the movie ratings of most Clive Owen movies aren't that high the movies usually pack a lot of action and interesting gangster/crime stories and such.

A great story that is based on a real biography of a man from the times of the great depression. It's also about boxing like other great movies (Rocky, Creed and etc).

I have just watched the movie " Jihne Mera Dil Luteya ".It is an indian punjabi movie of Diljet Dosanjh and Gippy grewal.Both of the actors are really very awesome. This movie has an interesting comedy love story. There are two heros, those who love a same girl. There is an very great adventure in the movie. The second thing i loved the movie is Diljit Dosanjh and Gippy grewal. Both of these are very funny actors. The main thing of the movie i loved is the song " Fukre "
