I wish to have a seperate VPS for testing up my python scripts and java scripts and testing different git by means of python script im talking about like these https://github.com/splewis/get5-web, I do not have any spare VPS to test them, And i also wish to learn other things like Installing a GUI testing and learning more of NAT VPS as well!
This will be really helpful for my learning!

Hey I think you posted the request under nuremberg datacenter (cause u posted it around my post time only and at that time nuremberg was the only free area). And right now nuremberg is out of stock
