RE: Plesk mail problem - perry - 09-19-2018 by simply looking at the problem. your mail system is not quite set up right. your rdns is not set to the domain name RE: Plesk mail problem - Karim - 09-19-2018 Hello, It seems like you are mistaking the PBL list as a spam list. The IP assigned to you is not blacklisted, it is not authorized to send emails either. There's a PBL removal procedure via Spamhaus official website which you can use to get your IP off the PBL, however, you need to have a business email that is not issued by gmail/hotmail/yahoo and the removal process is automatic. Quoting the Spamhaus website: Quote: THE PBL IS NOT A BLACKLIST. You are not blacklisted for spamming or for anything you have done. The PBL is simply a list of ALL of the world's end-user broadband IP space, i.e: IP space normally assigned to broadband/ADSL customers. It is perfectly normal for dynamic IP addresses (DSL, DHCP, cable, dialup) to be listed on the PBL. In fact all IP addresses in the world which are not designated mail server machines *should be* on the PBL. RE: Plesk mail problem - Kururin - 09-25-2018 Go to those blacklisted site and request to unblacklist, they will probably make to fill out a form something and show proof you own the domain. That's how I did it back when I ran my mailcow server for handling mails RE: Plesk mail problem - deanhills - 09-25-2018 (09-19-2018, 11:36 AM)youssefbasha Wrote: After long searching, i got a useless solution.I don't think your IP has been blacklisted - your host has confirmed this as well. What I do think is that your reverse DNS hasn't been correctly configured for SMTP delivery. Have you set up a PTR record?
