DigitalOcean? Amazon Web Services? They are good. I think there are plenty out there if you do a google search.

I had search in google and not found. I tried to using Alibaba Cloud Server and "failed because my time registration"
I tried to using Amazon Web Server and "failed because my prepaid card in 0 usd"
I tried to using Google Cloud Flatform and "my credit card dont accepted"

So, I ask in here and hope find recommendation

If you are a student you could try Github Developer Pack for Students. I haven't used it myself, but Quora Discussion Forum recommended it:

GitHub student pack is interesting but you need an email from your school and my school not facility it

I has tried Azure few month ago, and its good..

Does github student pack offer you a VPS? I had it, but not found any VPS offers, one page hosting was there.

VPS only for DigitalOcean and Amazon Webservice and for both even if you are student you need a credit card to sign up.
