RE: Google and US Govt Banned Huawei - youssefbasha - 05-23-2019 Yeah but Microsoft failed with their own os at Nokia phones (Windows phone) You think that they help Huawei? RE: Google and US Govt Banned Huawei - Honey - 05-23-2019 This will break Google's monopoly on android cuz Huawei will now be forced to make its own OS, + Its been banned but only guilty till proven. Which means It might be back sooner than we think. RE: Google and US Govt Banned Huawei - Mashiro - 05-23-2019 (05-23-2019, 08:09 AM)youssefbasha Wrote: You think that they help Huawei? You are aware that Huawei has other products that come with Microsoft software? We're talking about Microsoft Apps, Windows and Office. Huawei has a line up of Notebooks with Windows on them and most likely other products. They might even use Windows and Microsoft products in their offices. And more so Microsoft might provide infrastructure to Huawei in form of hosting and servers for content download, websites and etc. Think beyond the edge of the table. RE: Google and US Govt Banned Huawei - rudra - 05-23-2019 If the chinese might gets behind it then they might make it yet. even with all the sanctions and restrictions. if huawei really sells sensitive private data, the govt and other beneficiaries might decide it is against their interest and help huawei become more independent. Also they have really big presence in it infrastructure (hardware) market. I guess they will do better than ZTE faced with this. But whatever it is, China is an even bigger threat to other countries than USA , if left unchecked. Just look towards south china sea to know what they are up to. RE: Google and US Govt Banned Huawei - xdude - 05-23-2019 Probably Chinese Government use Huawei to gather information. I mean who doesn't these days ? If someone think US government don't use Google, Microsoft and other big companies that would be someone who has no clue what world works today. None of those US companies wouldn't openly admit it and they would show how hard they resist but behind scene they would give agencies like NSA backdoor keys so they could search whatever they want. After all its win win for both sides. US Companies don't want to mess with their government and plus its not like anyone who public with all that data and about how they use it. Same goes for China too. Short term this going to be a quite a big blow for Huawei. I doubt it will go down but their profits will hit for a while. But long term I think they will come up with a better OS and Chipset for their products and take care or all other hurdles. Another thing is Im sure big countries which start planning alternative for US problem trying to isolate countries and companies using their trade and financial power. RE: Google and US Govt Banned Huawei - sagher - 05-23-2019 If Trump was said that China sold out Data to pakistan thats sound thinkable because US is too much against CPEC corridor between pakistan and china. but involving Iran into it means US try to kill 2 with single bullet. because they know Iran is a big thread for USA. and also they plan to enter Iran boarder for several reasons. like for Oil and Gas. for access to Balochistan easily. to keep in eyes on CPEC. Huawei President is choose option 2 to keeps on the business. They launch very soon there own OS, Hongmeng for Huawei devices. and use AI technology to built a huge Data storage network. if i am not wrong hongmeng do same with Android as android do with symbian os. and microsoft os. RE: Google and US Govt Banned Huawei - Mashiro - 05-23-2019 A bit more disappointing news from Britain and Japan for Huawei. - https://www.wsj.com/articles/huawei-feels-u-s-squeeze-in-u-k-and-japan-11558528270 - https://www.nytimes.com/2019/05/22/business/huawei-google-japan-britain.html - https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2019/05/22/business/corporate-business/two-japanese-mobile-carriers-postpone-sales-new-huawei-phones/ RE: Google and US Govt Banned Huawei - Rehan - 05-24-2019 Oh sad! I am feeling sad for huawei.First i thought that trump is making non-sense decision but later on i found that he is a genius minded person. Many people said that he will not be a successful president but later on it feels like Trump will be the next President of USA.I am a big fan of Trump. If trump says that huawei is stealing the information for others then maybe he is right.I was going to buy a huawei phone at 17 of this month. But due to some reasons i decided to buy after a month and now....... Feeling Happy for myself but feeling sad for Huawei. RE: Google and US Govt Banned Huawei - sagher - 05-24-2019 Why only Huawei. why not the more cheaper ZTE? UK have a chance to take revenge for business lack of Ericsson. specially Ericsson equipment. majority of asian countries now use ZTE and Huawei devices instead of Ericsson. Anyways it's time to disclose the evidence proof against Huawei. and USA should do it as soon as possible. Same goes for China too. That is so true. Particularly of Google who seems to be wanting to please all Governments including the US Government and the FBI. For Google I think its main objective before love of country is always the US dollar. Ditto Huawei who I'm sure does anything with great calculation with the main objective of making money. I'm sure the founder of Huawei must already have written off the backlash as collateral damage. |
