Can you please update us which OS version you are facing the issue . I can see server is online.
If you want we can reinstall the server .

I experience with Debian 8.0 x86_64 and CentOS 7 Minimal x86_64, Sure if that will help to solve the issue and I will let you know if it's working fine.

I can see Centos 7 is installed on your server . Still we have fixed the issue . can you check now. or PM me with the screeshot.
