This guy is good, but he lost the business, grateful for his services , but sad to see he lost it, I know if he has survived people would say he was best. He should had a caution about it.

It would have been better if he notified people beforehand. It is very sad to happen

I think he did give a notice between all servers going down. So most of his clients at least able to move their sites to other places. It's not easy for provider to just give up a business they have built for years and walk away. They fight till last moment hoping something would happen which would help them to get out of situation.
