basically it is DDOS as a service . DDOS only denial the acces of the specific target for the time that it DDOS . if you ddos the website for 3 hour the website probably isnt available for that amount of time EXCEPT if the DDOS cause server crash like buffer overflow that because of the lot of people accessing it the server is overloaded . it is great that those DDOS service get taken down because DDOS technically isnt hacking and require almost no skill
