Very happy to see so many high VPS on this giveaway and our new VPS 18. There should be so many people apply for VPS 18 as it also supports Windows with a full license from Hostlease.

VPS 4 taken by someone else, that's why VPS 4 is not in the giveaway. That "in stock" means how many VPS that P4V hold.

Confirm Singapore for VPS 13? As I'm the one hold VPS 13 Singapore, it should be Australia then. But if sponsor gives 2x Singapore, then it's crazy :p.
