Exchanging back-links is an out dated method it doesn't work like it used to be. Don't bother about nofollow or not at long as it's a good site with authority link is valuable. These days most authority sites are nofollow including Wikipedia.

I will make another topic about backlinks since this thread is mostly about Google tools.
