One of the not so obvious secrets of success with VPS 15 as game server running the CPU over 99% successfully is that we have great and very active support from the sponsor through Jordy (F7N). That could be the reason why this has the appearance of allowed. Jordy wants VPS 15 to succeed as a games server, and looks as though he has been successful in this so far. In fact, most other providers would just disallow continuously-high CPU consumption to avoid the troubles. Glad to hear that F7N is handling it quite differently.

But I am quite sure it would affect other neighbours on the same OpenVZ host. Would be nice if @F7N could also share how he manages to get it work.
