How reliable is Ookla Speedtest for comparing speed of two VPSs?

The Dallas VPS seems superior, regardless of the internet connection speed; Just look at its disk I/O stats (that's the SSD norm). I'm not sure for your use-cases, but for mine disk I/O tend to be a constant bottleneck.

Thus if I were you, I would switch to it without any hesitation :-)

Did you check the SELinux issue on it ?
