I find that if I spend some time in the day in the outdoors, walking or doing things that I like to do with getting exercise, not only do I sleep better but I sleep deeper too. My mind also seems to be much sharper and relaxed.
IMO the best way to reduce stress is to play sports. It is said that people who do exercises every day can help reduce their stress levels significantly.
