FA has generated $ 1 million crowd sourced. Now they plan to make their SVG framework open source. It is a kickstarter record in it's category.

It sounds strange to me. Font Awesome 5 still has many packages that are pro only. Considering the whopping support by the community, I thought they will open source whole FA 5. $ 1 million + and still pro ? Sad state of affairs.

May be they are trying to eat it and take some home too.

Hope people will take lessons from CM affair.

But may be they will never and still keep going. Reality is diversee.
