No need to worry. Their SSL has expired nothing more.
It shows for me too but you just have to click on "See more" and click on "Visit this website anyways".

In both panels there is already an auto installer server
PufferPanel does not support SA-MP, Pterodactyl as well but it has an unofficial egg (module) for it.

Anyways, I was gonna recommend OGP but since you already gave that one a try, I'd prefer choosing a game based panel. Like, for Minecraft I'd recommend Pterodactyl or Multicraft(Paid)

if you don't want to use Open Game Panel Here you can use TCADMIN it's premium but Best.
