The spreading of new technologies on classrooms is a very tricky situation on my country, almost every school is public and funds comes from the goverment. I have seen some digital blackboard on some classes but not on everyone. It will take very long time for a total usage of digital techy on classroom I think.
It is the same from college to university, still using normal blackboards.
