I used their servers when they were in beta stage. (They were named Online Labs back then, now the official name is Scaleway).
Note that those servers uses an ARM processor. Since those processors use a different architecture then x86 (which is most convenient on PC's / Servers), you may not be able to run every software you want if it's not compiled for ARMv7, or you don't have the source code, so you can compile it yourself.

Furthermore: the servers are quite stable and use the stable and fast network of Online. Which is definitely a pro, as well as the SSD storage and the 2 gigs of RAM.
