My desktop at my work computer. Basically I don't put any icons on the desktop or the taskbar. Whenever I need something I press the Windows button and search for it. Somehow this has proven to be much faster than having a lots of icons and always having to look at them to find the right program.

I have two 1680x1050 screens.
