I'm not an expert on Android, however for Windows 10 it already has built-in anti-virus Bitdefender. If you want additional protection I would recommend that you get the free version of Malwarebytes and do regular scans with it. Or you can get the paid version that would then do automatic scanning and check Websites as you work with them. Together with a free or paid version of Kaspersky. Free version would be better if you're worried about resources as paid Kaspersky takes up a lot of resources.
