Hello everybody, I am trying to Start/Restart/Boot/Reboot my VPS ID 8 but I am getting some problems on starting it.  It says that the VPS is Booted/Rebooted but the status keeps offline always and VNC couldn't connect to it and Putty too... 
Could anyone help me... Please???
